Weather Update
Current forecasts predict the DC area will be affected by the coastal storm. The parade and festival always take place "rain or shine" but we are concerned about possible winds.
We are working closely with the Montgomery County Police Department and the Wheaton Urban District to monitor conditions as Sunday approaches.
At the moment, the parade and festival are ON!

On Sunday, please come prepared for changing weather. Consider bringing rain gear or other weather-appropriate clothing to keep yourself — and your art — protected.
Most importantly, don’t let the weather dampen your spirits or stop you from coming! We’ve got a great parade and festival planned, and we’re excited to celebrate with all of you.

Food Vendors
Everyone can walk in the parade. Just bring some art, something you can push, pull, carry, wear or perform. Show up with your art by 9:00 am. The parade starts at 10am. The Festival opens at 10 and performances being at noon. Click for details.
