Have you ever seen a face in a pile of leaves, a rock or a cloud? If so, you have experienced something called face pareidolia, which describes the illusion of seeing facial features on inanimate objects. Throughout the ages, artists have used this phenomenon to tap into their own creative well. We are going to use this human tendency to find faces in painted abstract images on postcards.
