Dan Thompson, Executive Director
Dan is the founder of the organization. He manages day to day operations and produces the annual parade & festival. He also is project manager for numerous public art projects and has sculpted floats for every parade.

Paige Friedeman, Assistant Director
Paige manages the festival exhibits, WAP Gallery, social media, and WAP workshops. She also is an associate artist, muralist and created the Traffic Signal Box Art Wrap project.
